By using ZAPLE (the website at getzaple.com, the Chrome extension, or any related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use ZAPLE.
ZAPLE is a prompt compression tool. It takes text you provide and compresses it into shorter English shorthand using AI, with the goal of reducing token usage when interacting with AI systems. ZAPLE is currently in Alpha and provided as-is.
During Alpha, ZAPLE is free to use with the following limits:

You agree not to use ZAPLE to compress or process content that:
We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
The ZAPLE brand, logo, website design, and extension code are owned by ZAPLE Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.
The compressed output produced by ZAPLE from your original text belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your content or the compressed versions of it.
ZAPLE uses Anthropic's Claude API to perform compression. By using ZAPLE, you also agree to Anthropic's usage policies. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party AI models.
ZAPLE is provided "as is" during Alpha. We make no guarantees about:
Always review compressed prompts before using them in important contexts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAPLE Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZAPLE, including but not limited to losses caused by inaccurate compression output.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ZAPLE at any time during the Alpha period. We may also change these terms — we'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
